1. Paragraph one of the note 1 to the table of 8 rates of payment for unit of volume of the forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2007 No. 310 "About rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 23, Art. 2787; 2012, No. 3, Art. 424; 2019, No. 8, Art. 797; 2024, No. 12, Art. 1611; No. 44, the Art. 6637), after the words "being in federal property" to add 2025, with the words "except for parts of the square of the wood lot occupied with open-air cages, nurseries of wild animals, barriers for content and cultivation of hunting resources in semi-free conditions and artificially created habitat".
2. Determine that concerning rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property, when using the woods to implementation of the types of activity in the field of hunting economy provided by the table of 8 rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2007 No. 310 "About rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property" in 2026 2,93, coefficient No. 2405 established by the paragraph third Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2022 "About application in 2023 - 2026 of coefficients is not applied to rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot, being in federal property".
3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2026.
