About modification of some regulations (provision of permission to remedies of plants)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on introduction on the market of remedies of plants and modification of some regulations No. 403/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 89-92, 131), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Item b) parts (Article 19 to state 1) in the following edition:
"b) permission is provided by the member state of the European Union (reference state member) which belongs to zone, excellent from specified in Item a) provided that permission concerning which the application was submitted was not used for the purpose of mutual recognition in other member state of the European Union from the same zone specified in appendix 1;".
2. Add Article 57 with parts (3-1) and (3-2) following of content:
"(3-1) V departure from provisions of this law of remedy of plants which are not allowed for use in member states of the European Union can pass tests and get permission in accordance with the terms, established by the Government.
(3-2) Statements on passing of testing and provision of permission according to the conditions provided by part (31), can be given till December 31, 2027.".
Art. II. – Line item 3 Sections III of appendix of 1 Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011 (2011, 494), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 170-175, in the following edition:
