About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning public service
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. In the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015:
Subitems 17) and 23) of Article 16 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Considers 17) and approves job evaluation catalogs or standard qualification characteristics of positions of heads, specialists and other serving organizations of different types of economic activity, except for the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities, developed and approved by authorized state bodies of the corresponding fields of activity;";
"23) the procedure for revenues to civil service and carrying out tender on occupation of vacant position of the civil servant, except for determines the teacher of the state organization of education, the first head of the state sports organization, and also the cases established by this Code and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public service;";
Article 101 to add 2) with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. Standard qualification requirements, qualification requirements to the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities are established according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public service.";
Item 1 of Article 139 to add 3) with part two of the following content:
"The procedure for acceptance of persons to the positions connected with execution of managerial functions in the state legal entities of passing of labor activity by them is determined by authorized body for public service in coordination with Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the first heads of certain state legal entities in the field of the education and culture appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the first head of the state sports organization.";
