1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2015 No. 17 "About approval of Rules of transfer of state-owned property to trust management and the Standard agreement of trust management of state-owned property" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10111) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of transfer of state-owned property to trust management approved by the specified order:
add Item 2 with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) authorized bodies in the field of digitalization - the central executive body performing management and cross-industry coordination in the field of digitalization and "the electronic government;";
in Item 8:
5) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) transfers of the state digital systems;";
9) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"9) transfers of the state monopoly to the subject in spheres of digitalization and ensuring cyber security of objects of the bodies of homeland security intended for ensuring cyber security;";
add with Item 9-1 of the following content:
"9-1. In the case provided by the subitem 5) of Item 8 of these rules, the state digital systems are provided in trust management without carrying out the tender based on the proposal of the asset holder.
The asset holder represents to authorized body in the field of digitalization the specification and the list of work types of maintenance of the state digital systems, with assessment of their cost.
Transfer of the state digital systems to trust management for the purpose of their development is not allowed.
