About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 11, 2019 No. 1311 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of points of exchange of traffic" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 43, the Art. 6094):
a) add Item 3 with the words "also is effective till September 1, 2028.";
b) in Rules of maintaining the register of the points of exchange of traffic approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Data are represented by the owner or other owner of point of exchange of the traffic which completed the procedure of registration in the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically" by means of filling of electronic forms or placement of information in XML file format in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" to the register (further - the single portal).
On the single portal the possibility of viewing in the register of the data provided by such owner or other owner of point of exchange of traffic is provided to the owner registered according to paragraph one of this Item or other owner of point of exchange of traffic.";
