About urgent measures for further development of the hydroenergy sphere

For the purpose of sustainable development of the hydroenergy sphere in the republic, rational use of the available opportunities, expansions and supports of production of domestic production in industry, increases in operating efficiency and ensuring financial stability of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo I decide:
1. Determine the main target indicators of increase in efficiency of activities of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo:
(a) putting into operation of 114 MW of production capacities and development of 7,1 of one billion kW/hours of the electric power until the end of 2026;
(b) until the end of 2032 in the republic:
(i) construction of pumped storage power plants general capacity of 1 400 MW;
(ii) increase in hydroenergy capacities in time 2,4 by creation of 3 266 MW of additional capacities in the hydroenergy sphere;
(c) implementation of model of the national project (further - the national project) by creation of chain of value added with involvement of domestic enterprises to design processes, constructions and productions;
(d) creation of 550 MW of capacities on the basis of model of the national project at the expense of means of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo in 2026 - 2032.
2. Take into consideration that as a result of implementation of modern corporate management methods and strategic development in activities of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo in 2023 - 2025:
(a) the positive decisions of the international consulting organization "PwC" (Pricewaterhouse Coopers) for the financial reporting of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo prepared on the basis of international standards are received;
(b) in 2025 the International rating agency "Fitch Ratings" declared increase in credit rating of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo to the BB level (stable);
