About measures for training in modern professions of youth in organizations on execution of the punishment
For the purpose of training in modern digital professions of young convicts in organizations on execution of the punishment, rendering assistance in finding of the place by them in society after release, ensuring their employment, prevention of repeated crime execution in the future, and also successful integration into society I decide:
1. Determine main objectives of training in modern digital professions of convicts at the age of 18 - 30 years serving custodial sanction in organizations on execution of the punishment (further - the youth serving sentence):
(a) education of the youth serving sentence as independently clever persons having own outlook;
(b) ensuring obtaining by the youth serving sentence, high-quality knowledge and finding of modern digital professions within the approved training programs;
(c) training of the youth serving sentence, to foreign languages (English, Russian, Chinese and to others) at the level necessary for mastering modern digital professions;
(d) for the purpose of integration into society of the youth serving sentence after release from organizations on execution of the punishment, forming and strengthening at it labor skills for mastering the professions demanded in the labor market;
(e) individual development of the youth serving sentence by means of professional orientation, forming and development of culture of team work in it and communication.
2. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of digital technologies, the Agencies of professional education and Agency on cases of youth on implementation of the National project of social resettlement "Ikkinchi imkon" ("The second chance") directed to training in modern professions of the youth serving sentence (further - the Project).
