About additional measures for further increase in energy efficiency, economy and rational use of energy resources in 2026
For the purpose of increase in energy efficiency, ensuring economy and rational use of energy resources in industries of economy and the social sphere, the analysis of big data using technologies of artificial intelligence, and also enhancement of system of retraining and advanced training of personnel I decide:
1. Determine main objective of adoption of this Decree further increase in energy efficiency of industries of economy and objects of the social sphere, saving of 4,3 of one billion kW/hours of the electric power and 2,8 of one billion cubic meters of natural gas in 2026 by expansion of implementation of energy-saving technologies and renewable energy resources, including achievement of economy:
(a) in regions of the republic:
(i) 2,6 of one billion kW/hours of the electric power and 932,4 of one million cubic meters of natural gas due to increase in energy efficiency of individual housing and apartment houses, objects of the social sphere, and also implementation of modern energy-saving technologies in business entities;
(ii) 1,3 of one billion cubic meters of natural gas due to development in addition 4,3 of one billion kW/hours of the green electric power on large solar and windfarms;
(iii) 35 million cubic meters of natural gas due to installation of low-power solar photopower plants capacity of 270 MW in махаллях, referred to category "difficult";
(b) 1,6 of one billion kW/hours of the electric power and 553 million cubic meters of natural gas due to rational electricity use and natural gas on 25 large industry enterprises.
