Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations on the state information system "The Prototype Cloudy Solution on Automation of Control (Supervising) Activities" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2018 No. 482 "About the state information system "The Prototype Cloudy Solution on Automation of Control (Supervising) Activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 18, Art. 2633; 2021, No. 2, Art. 433; No. 30, Art. 5781; 2022, No. 19, Art. 3204; No. 35, Art. 6081; 2023, No. 12, Art. 2025; No. 34, Art. 6589):

a) in the subitem "d" of Item 3 of the word "the mobile application of the state information system used for holding preventive and control (supervising) actions with use of means of remote interaction" shall be replaced with words "the Inspector mobile application;

b) in the offer the first Item 5 (the words "concerning implementation of consultation and holding preventive visit concerning such controlled person" shall be replaced with words 4) "concerning implementation of consultation, holding preventive visit, and also agreement signature about proper elimination of the revealed violations of mandatory requirements concerning such controlled person";
