About measures for implementation of the National project "Clean air" directed to improvement of quality of atmospheric air
For the purpose of reducing anthropogenous load of the environment as a result of acceleration of climate change, development of urbanization, the industry and transport, the prevention of pollution of atmospheric air, and also stimulation of implementation of environmentally friendly and resource-saving technologies I decide:
1. Determine main objectives of the National project "Clean air" directed to improvement of quality of atmospheric air, for 2026 - 2030:
(a) reducing amount of emission of pollutants in the atmosphere on percent 10,5;
(b) ensuring installation of automatic stations of monitoring and pylegazoochistny installations at the companies referred to I and II categories of impact on the environment;
(c) bringing share of delay of emissions of industrial facilities to 32 percent;
(d) reduction of number of days with exceeding of national standard rates on PM2,5;
(e) reducing amount of the pollutants which are thrown out in atmospheric air by vehicles for 10 percent.
2. Approve:
(a) Target indicators of the National project "Clean air" directed to improvement of quality of atmospheric air according to appendix No. 1 *;
(b) The program of implementation of the National project "Clean air" directed to improvement of quality of atmospheric air in the city of Tashkent according to appendix No. 2 *;
(c) Target indicators of the Program of implementation of the National project "Clean air" directed to improvement of quality of atmospheric air in the city of Tashkent according to appendix No. 2a *;
() Target indicators of development of system of green zones in the city of Tashkent till 2030, and also ensuring needs of the population for this direction according to appendix No. 2b*.
