1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 8, 2020 No. 1625 "About licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, Art. 6591; 2021, No. 23, Art. 4065).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on licensing of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators

1. In the subitem "zh" of the word "established by part 2" shall be replaced with words "established by parts 2 and 2.1".

2. Add with the subitem "p" of the following content:

"o) observance by the licensee of the requirements established by part 15, Item of 1 part 16, parts 24, of the 25 and 27 article 5.2 of the Federal Law.".
