About complex measures for acceleration of ecological education, science and educational activities within the national Ekokultura project
For the purpose of forming of ecological habits among the population of the country, the organization of all stages of activities of educational institutions on the basis of international standards and environmental standards, and also preparation, retraining and advanced training of the specialists having special knowledge and skills in the form of dual education within the national Ekokultura project I decide:
1. Determine the following main objectives of adoption of this resolution:
(a) adjustment in 2026-2027 of activities of 14 "green" technical schools for training of average link in each region of the republic;
(b) further development of ecological education and knowledge for preparation 10 000 personnel of average link in "green" technical schools of each region of the republic till 2030;
(c) since 2026/2027 academic years attraction by National committee on ecology and climate change (further - Committee on ecology) together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations in Central Asian university on studying of the environment and climate change (Green University) (further - University) at least 50 students from the states of Central Asia and other foreign countries, and also increase in this indicator at least twice in 2027/2028 academic year;
(d) finishing in 2026 - 2028 number of the candidates who received academic degree in the field of ecology, environmental protections and climate changes to 150 people.
2. Determine that:
(a) since 2026/2027 academic years the educational institutions specified in appendix No. 1 * to this resolution will be reorganized into "green" technical schools and the system of training of average link for spheres takes root into them taking into account ecological, social and economic conditions of regions;
