This Law determines legal and organizational basis of implementation of charge and payment of housing and communal services and other payments, stipulated by the legislation, in connection with damage or destruction of real estate units owing to the fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law terms are used in the following value:

1) the destroyed object of immovable property - the real estate unit which became unsuitable for use on purpose owing to fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine which recovery is impossible or economically inexpedient;

2) object of immovable property building, the house and construction, complex of houses and constructions, the residential, non-residential premise, separate parts of common property of the apartment house, other real estate in which housing and communal services are provided or provided;

3) the damaged real estate unit - the real estate unit damaged as a result of the fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine which can be recovered and which recovery is economically reasonable.
