1. Establish since June 1, 2026 for again opened exchange bureaus, additional exchange bureaus and exchange bureaus performing activities on seasonal basis, the following minimum size of current assets:
1) 3000000 (three million) som, except for the exchange bureaus which are in the territory of the cities of Bishkek and Osh;
2) 5000000 (five million) som - for the exchange bureaus which are in the territory of the cities of Bishkek and Osh;
3) 1000000 (one million) som - for the exchange bureaus performing activities on seasonal basis regardless of their location.
2. Establish for the operating exchange bureaus, additional exchange bureaus and exchange bureaus performing activities on seasonal basis, the following minimum size of current assets and terms of its forming:
1) for exchange bureaus, except for the exchange bureaus which are in the territory of the cities of Bishkek and Osh:
- till October 1, 2026 - in the amount of at least 1000000 (one million) som;
- till October 1, 2028 - in the amount of at least 2000000 (two million) som;
- till October 1, 2030 - in the amount of at least 3000000 (three million) som;
2) for the exchange bureaus which are in the territory of the cities of Bishkek and Osh:
- till October 1, 2026 - in the amount of at least 2000000 (two million) som;
- till October 1, 2028 - in the amount of at least 3000000 (three million) som;
- till October 1, 2030 - in the amount of at least 5000000 (five million) som;
3) for the exchange bureaus performing activities on seasonal basis regardless of their location till October 1, 2026 - in the amount of at least 1000000 (one million) som.
