About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government" of March 3, 2023 No. 115 the following changes:
in appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 30:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"30. The State Tax Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on approval:";
add with subitems 6, 7 following contents:
"6) procedure for forming and maintaining by producers alcoholic products of standard rates of consumption of raw materials and materials on 1000 decalitres of products;
7) procedure for determination and approval of rates of natural loss of ethyl alcohol in case of production of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products by the companies of alcoholic industry.".
