About renaming of "Training center of personnel of agro-industrial complex under the Tajik agricultural university"

1. Rename "Training center of personnel of agro-industrial complex under the Tajik agricultural university" into "Public institution" institute of advanced training and retraining of employees of agro-industrial complex under the Tajik agricultural university of Shirinshokh Shokhtemur".
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to resolve the organization-legal and financial issues connected with Public institution "Institute of advanced training and retraining of employees of agro-industrial complex under the Tajik agricultural university of Shirinshokh Shokhtemur" within the provided means.
3. Establish the number of established posts of Public institution "Institute of advanced training and retraining of employees of agro-industrial complex under the Tajik agricultural university of Shirinshokh Shokhtemur" 41 persons (including service personnel) and to perform its financing step by step at the expense of means of the republican budget depending on acceptance of number of students.
4. In Item 26 of the Charter of Public institution "Tajik agricultural university of the Shirinshokh Shokhtemur" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2018 No. 376 "About the charter of public institution "Tajik agricultural university of Shirinshokh Shokhtemur" of the word "training center of general agro-industrial personnel" shall be replaced with words "Public institution" the institute of advanced training and retraining of employees of agro-industrial complex".
