About creation of State educational institution "Presidential School for Gifted Pupils in Baldzhuvansky District of Khatlon Region"

1. Create State educational institution "Presidential School for Gifted Pupils in Baldzhuvansky District of Khatlon Region".
2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to resolve organization-legal issues of this Organization.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of this Organization within the means provided for education.
4. To add the list of organizations and organizations of system of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 145 "About the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the seventy second paragraph of the following content:
"-State educational institution "Presidential School for Gifted Pupils in Baldzhuvansky District of Khatlon Region";".
