1. Since September 1, 2026:

- establish the minimum wage for all economic and social spheres of the republic in the amount of 1300 somoni a month;

- increase official pay rates of workers organization of preschool and general secondary education by 25 percent;

- increase official pay rates of employees of other organizations of education, sciences, cultures, sport, health care, organizations of the sphere of social protection, employees of law enforcement agencies, the military personnel, authorities and public administration and other budgetary institutions by 20 percent;

- increase the size of basic salary for calculation of official pay rate of workers of health sector by 20 percent and establish 893 somoni in the amount;
