About modification of Article 3 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. To add part one of Article 3 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with the following changes) taking into account alphabetic procedure with the term of the following content:

"economic activity on medical expert activities in the field of health care which is subject to licensing according to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", performed by healthcare institutions and physical persons - entrepreneurs for the purpose of rendering the medical (rehabilitation) care (service) and medical attendance".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of publication of this Law:

1) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

2) to provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
