About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to exclude from the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the paragraph third;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 1911 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About support of small and medium entrepreneurship":
in the Regulations on the centers of support of entrepreneurship approved by this resolution:
in Item 5 part one:
in paragraph four the word "education)" to replace with the word "education) **";
add part with the interlinear note of the following content:
"** This requirement does not extend concerning personnel which qualification is confirmed by the education documents issued by organizations of formation of the Republic of Belarus after January 1, 2026";
to add part one of Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:
"about availability (absence) of data on the education documents confirming receipt of appropriate level of education – in "Main Information and Analysis Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus" organization.";
in the Regulations on incubators of small business approved by this resolution:
in Item 5 part one:
in paragraph four the word "education)" to replace with the word "education) **";
add part with the interlinear note of the following content:
