1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 259 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 63 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of degree of risks and checking sheets in the field of grain market regulation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19025) the following changes and amendments:
in Item 1:
add with subitems 3-2) and 3-3) of the following content:
"3-2) checking leaf in the field of regulation of the market of grain for the local executive bodies exercising control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about grain according to appendix 3-2 to this joint order;
3-3) checking leaf in the field of regulation of the market of grain for the local executive bodies exercising control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about grain according to appendix 3-3 to this joint order;";
in criteria for evaluation of degree of the risks in the field of regulation of the market of grain approved by the specified joint order:
in Item 2:
1) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) subjects of control – legal entities (the cereal-receiving companies) performing the activities connected with production, storage, transportation, conversion and realization of grain, also local executive bodies exercising the state control of the cereal-receiving companies;";
