About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency on land resources, the inventory, geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 12, 2024 No. 53
For the purpose of the prevention of corruption and strengthening of responsibility of heads, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency on land resources, the inventory, geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 12, 2024 No. 53 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the State agency on land resources, the inventory, geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. The director of the Agency bears the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the tasks and functions assigned to the Agency and also for rejection of measures for creation of internal system of the prevention of corruption.";
- add Item 16 with the paragraph third the following content:
"Deputy directors bear the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the functional obligations assigned to them, and also for rejection of measures for creation of internal system of the prevention of corruption on the questions entering their competence.";
2) in Regulations on public institution on geodesy and cartography of Goskartografiya under the State agency on land resources, the inventory, geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
to state paragraph two of Item 15 in the following edition:
