In recent years in our country large-scale work on enhancement of system of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies on the basis of the best foreign practices is carried out.
At the same time today there is need of expansion of scope of debt collection on court resolutions and acts of other bodies in the simplified procedure.
By this Law it is determined that the procedure for the simplified enforcement proceeding extends also to executive documents on the collection of postage expenses and (or) expenses on video conferencing, debts on payment of utilities, compulsory contributions or debt on payments of owners of apartment houses, and also the amounts in the amount of which is not exceeding the fivefold size of basic settlement size.
This Law will serve enhancement of system of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies.
