Bring in the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union, and export from the Russian Federation to these states of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2010 No. 1137 "About approval of the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the Russian Federation to these states of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 39, Art. 4923; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7865; 2016, No. 30, Art. 4905; 2017, No. 51, Art. 7790; 2018, No. 28, Art. 4200; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3471; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5343; 2023, No. 38, Art. 6895; 2024, No. 39, Art. 5795), following changes:
a) in Item 13 of the word "with affined by gold and silver in the form of ingots" shall be replaced with words "with affined by gold, silver, platinum and palladium in the form of ingots";
b) to add Item 22 after the words "specified in tables 1 and 2 of Section 2.10 of the list" with words ", the applications for issue of export licenses of the affined gold, silver except for issued by credit institutions, platinum and palladium in the form of ingots";
c) to add the subitem "an" of Item 23 with words ", or authorized body of Federal assay chamber".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
