For the purpose of streamlining of payment terms of work of employees of cultural institutions, art and information, according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for enhancement of payment terms of work of certain workers of the budget sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 26, 2026 121, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:
1. Establish the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som which is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of employees of cultural institutions, art and information.
2. Approve:
1) Regulations on payment terms of work of employees of cultural institutions, arts and information according to appendix 1;
2) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the size of official pay rates of employees of cultural institutions, arts and information according to appendices 2-9.
3. Determine that:
1) the allowance in the amount of 20 percent from official pay rate is paid to artistic personnel of the Kyrgyz national award of V. I. Lenin of the academic opera and ballet theater of A. Maldybayev, the Kyrgyz national philharmonic hall of T. Satylganov, the Kyrgyz national academic drama theater of T. Abdumomunov and the State national Russian drama theater of the Kyrgyz Republic of Ch. Aitmatov;
2) presidential compensation payment is paid:
- in the amount of 15000 som - on one established post (1 rate) to employees of cultural institutions, arts and information, except for technical and junior service personnel;
- in the amount of 5000 som - on one established post (1 rate) for technical and junior service personnel of cultural institutions, arts and information.
