1) frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees and occupied in the public subordinated institutions in the field of culture workers of the technical and junior service personnel occupied with servicing of public institutions, subordinated organizations in the field of culture according to appendices 1-8;

2) the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority, workers of the technical service personnel occupied with servicing of public institutions, subordinated organizations in the field of culture, except for junior service personnel according to appendix 9.

3. Determine that:

1) to workers, except for junior service personnel:

- in case of exit in labor leave the benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund is paid;

- at the end of the calendar year the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund is paid;
