1) the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of workers of social security system of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the official pay rate of workers of social security system of the population is calculated by multiplication of the size of the minimum base rate (7040 som) by frequency rate coefficient to official pay rates;

3) monthly on one rate presidential compensation payment is paid to workers of social security system of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic:

a) to administrative and management personnel, the basic and support personnel - in the amount of 15000 som;

b) to technical and junior service personnel - in the amount of 5000 som.

On presidential compensation payments insurance premiums are not assessed, and also they are not considered when calculating vacation pay, benefits, the thirteenth salary and surcharges for accommodation and work in the conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones and paid on one rate for actually worked time (traveling, holiday days, days of temporary disability, days of work in days off and holidays are excluded);

Local government bodies of the cities of republican value can establish 4) to official pay rates of the workers containing at the expense of means of the local budget of the cities of republican value, the allowance and payment, approved by decisions of the city kenesh.
