About payment terms of work of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for enhancement of payment terms of work of certain workers of the budget sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 26, 2026 121, regulations of questions of compensation of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 161 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of public health in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:
1. Determine that:
1) the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the official pay rate of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic is calculated by multiplication of the size of the minimum base rate (7040 som) by frequency rate coefficient;
3) presidential compensation payment on one rate is paid to employees of the organizations of health care:
- in the amount of 15000 som, except for technical and junior service personnel;
- in the amount of 5000 som to technical and junior service personnel;
4) operation of this resolution does not extend to wages system of employees of the organizations of health care which are under authority of bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic which compensation is regulated by the separate decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
1) Regulations on compensation of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
