1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of work and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 12, 2025 No. 397 "About establishment of quota for attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2026" the following change:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish quota for attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2026 as a percentage of number of labor:
1) on the permissions issued by local executive body to the employer in the amount of % 0,3;
2) on involvement of labor immigrants in the amount of % 2,85.".
2. To provide to committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five calendar days after signing of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item submission of information to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
