"1. These rules of obligatory periodic certification of production facilities under the terms of work (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 29) of Article 16 and Item 3 of Article 183 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Labor code), and also according to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for carrying out obligatory periodic certification of production facilities under the terms of work.";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) occupational health – complex of sanitary and epidemiologic measures and means on preserving health of workers, prevention of adverse effects of the production circle and labor process;
