1. According to the procedure of imposing of penalties for offenses in the field of town-planning activities, No. 244 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1995 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 7, Art. 164; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 81, Art. 3003; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1260):
Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"The relations on hearing of cases about offenses in the field of town-planning activities and adoption of relevant decisions are performed with respect for the principles of the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure.";
2) in Item 3:
word in paragraph three "the registered mail with the notification or through electronic office" shall be replaced with words "through electronic office and/or by electronic communications, and/or the mailing with the inventory of investment and the assurance of receipt about what entry in the relevant document is made";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Proper confirmation of the fact of sending documents the mailing with the inventory of investment and the assurance of receipt is the document received from the operator of mail service with information on sending and the settlement document for the provided services.";
