About modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 28, 2018 No. 231 "About Rules of conducting check of activities of state bodies for observance of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of regulation of authorization system" the following changes:
- in the name the word "Rules" to replace with the word "Procedure",
- in preamble to replace figure "4" with figure "6";
- in parts 1 and 2 of the word "Rules" also "Governed" shall be replaced with words respectively "Procedure" and "Procedure".
3. Bring in the Rules of conducting check of activities of state bodies for observance of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of regulation of authorization system approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 28, 2018 No. 231 "About Rules of conducting check of activities of state bodies for observance of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of regulation of authorization system", the following changes:
