No. 630 "About the Procedure and conditions of allowance payment on temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth and family allowances" to add Item 36 of appendix to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 14, 2014 with the third offer of the following content:

"When finding the woman in unpaid leave on child care aged from 1,6 up to 3 years, the maternity allowance is not paid.".
