About features of customs regulation on frontier of the Russian Federation
For the purpose of ensuring compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of persons performing the activities connected with commodity importation to the Russian Federation I decide:
1. Determine that till May 31, 2026 inclusive when importing to the Russian Federation of goods from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which receivers are the Russian legal entities and the Russian physical persons registered as individual entrepreneurs without documents confirming the status of goods as goods of the Eurasian Economic Union, not marked and (or) the drawings information provided by requirements of the right of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the legislation of the Russian Federation the receiver of goods has the right to declare goods according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 104 Federal Laws of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", in case of observance of conditions, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Decree.
2. Receivers of goods, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, provide:
a) transportation of the imported goods to the warehouses of temporary storage determined by customs authorities of the Russian Federation;
b) placement of the imported goods in warehouses of temporary storage;
c) marking of the imported goods and (or) drawing information on them according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. Receivers of goods, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, inform Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare on input in turnover of the imported goods after their marking and (or) drawing on them information provided by requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Customs authorities of the Russian Federation perform escort of the vehicles transporting goods according to the subitem "an" of Item 2 of this Decree.
