About change of resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus

Make changes to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:
1) in the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2001 No. 16 "About some questions of application by courts of the legislation on inheritance":

in part two of Item 12 of the word "the pensions having the right" shall be replaced with words "reached the age granting pension entitlement";
