1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2023 No. 161 "About approval of Rules of forming of national system of forecasting of manpower and uses of its results" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under 32546) the following changes:

"According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", with the subitem 78) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81 I ORDER:";
The rules of forming of national system of forecasting of manpower and use of its results approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows, according to appendix to this order (further – Rules).
2. To provide to department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) Item 2 of this order provision in Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan information.
