Paragraph one of Item 15 (2) the Rules of complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 No. 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008; 2017, No. 23, Art. 3323; 2023, No. 23, of the Art. 4140) to state in the following edition:
"15(2). The management official of the subject of the Russian Federation (the chairman of the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation) within 10 working days after day of approval of the list provides the direction of statements from the list on electronic or paper to consumers whose restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy can lead to economic, ecological or social effects, with information on inclusion of these consumers in the list, and also the network organizations which are guaranteeing to suppliers, to the power sales and power supplying organizations and the subcontractors participating in power supply of the specified consumers with information on inclusion of such consumers in the list.".
