About modification of some regulations of National Bank of Moldova (change of the rules concerning settlement/deliverable risk and calculation of specific and general adjustments of credit risk - IRB approach)
Based on Art. 64 of h (1) and (2), Art. 66 of the h. (1) the Law on activities of banks No. 202/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 434-439, of the Art. 727), the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
This resolution:
- partially shifts (shifts: Art. 110 (2) - (3) and Art. 379 (2)) Regulations (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and Council about prudential requirements to credit institutes and investment firms making changes to Regulations (EU) the No. 648/2012, Text with relevance of EEA, CELEX: 32013R0575, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 176 of June 27, 2013, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2025/1215 European Parliament and Council of June 17, 2025;
- shifts Art. 1 (6), 2 (2) and (3), 4 and 6 delegated Regulations (EU) No. 183/2014 of the Commission of the December 20, 2013 supplementing Regulations (EU) with No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and Council about prudential requirements to credit institutes and investment companies concerning the normative and technical standards determining calculation of adjustments of credit risk and general adjustments of the credit risk published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. L 57 of February 27, 2014, CELEX: 32014R0183, with the last changes made by the delegated Regulations (EU) 2022/954 of May 12, 2022.

In the Regulations about the attitude towards risk of calculation/delivery for banks approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 115/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, of 183-194, Art. 905), registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1330/2018, to make the following changes:
