1. In the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 528-O/2023 on approval of the technical regulations concerning some simplifications in the field of preferential goods origin (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 527-531, of the Art. 1312), to make the following changes:
1.1. The subitem 2) to state Item 1 in the following edition: "The technical regulations concerning filing of application, provision, application and monitoring of the status of the authorized exporter according to appendix No. 2";
1.2. In appendix No. 2:
1.2.1. state the name in the following edition: "The technical regulations concerning filing of application, provision, application and monitoring of the status of the authorized exporter";
1.2.2. in all text to replace the word "certificate" with the word "permission" in the corresponding grammatical form;
1.2.3. in Item 1 to replace the word "provision" with the text "filing of application, provision, application and monitoring";
1.2.4. in Item 10 the word "certificate" shall be replaced with words "permission to the status";
1.2.5. in Item 12 of the word "and seal" to add with the text", in appropriate cases";
