About modification of article 5 of the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 5 of the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008 (repeated publication: 2015, Art. No. 361-369, 673), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Service according to the legislation has the right to participate in the actions organized by the European network on protection of high-ranking officials.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
