About volunteer activities
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
This law:
- shifts Item 6 of Article 2 of Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/888 of the May 20, 2021 about organization of the European Case of Solidarity Program and about cancellation of regulations (EU) of 2018/1475 and (EU) No. 375/2014 (action of the document extends to EEP) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 202 of June 8, 2021, CELEX: 32021R0888;
- shifts Items 6 and 7 of Article 3 and part (1) and (2) Article 14 of the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2016/801 of May 11, 2016 about conditions of entrance and accommodation of citizens of the third countries for the purpose of carrying out researches, training, professional training, implementation of volunteer activities, participation in programs of exchange of pupils or educational projects, and also work on the au pair program (in the new edition) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 132 of May 21, 2016, CELEX: 32016L0801, with the subsequent changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2021/1883 of October 20, 2021;
- it is brought into accord with the Recommendation of Council 2022/C 157/01 of April 5, 2022 about the mobility of young volunteers in the European Union (action of the document extends to EEP) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by C 157/1 of April 11, 2022, CELEX: 32022H0411(01);
- the youth in movement is brought into accord with the Recommendation of Council 2011/C 199/01 of June 28, 2011 ": assistance of educational mobility of youth", published in the Official magazine of the European Union by C 199/1 of July 7, 2011, CELEX: 32011H0707(01);
- it is brought into accord with the European charter of the rights and obligations of volunteers.
