About the organization of accomplishment of the financial liabilities connected with participation of the Government of Ukraine in the International transport forum
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. To provide to the ministry of development of communities and territories the organization of accomplishment of the financial liabilities connected with participation of the Government of Ukraine in the International transport forum by payment of the membership fee for participation of the Government of Ukraine in the International transport forum through the state company determined by the Ministry of development of communities and territories and relating to the sphere of its management (further - the company).
2. Determine that the subjects of managing participating in providing the financial liabilities connected with participation of the Government of Ukraine in the International transport forum are:
the company (in consent);
automobile carriers to which permissions of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport are distributed (further - the European conference) by results of tender on distribution of permissions of the European conference taking into account the requirements provided by part five of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport".
3. Participation of the automobile carriers specified in paragraph three of Item 2 of this resolution provides further use of permissions of multilateral quota of permissions of the European conference by them, the distributed Ukraine within the International transport forum, and proves to be true by introduction into the account of the company of payment for use of permission of the European conference in the amount of one subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year, in proportion to quantity of the distributed permissions of the European conference.
