In the casino, slot machine halls placed in Mangystau Region on the coast of the Caspian Sea in Panfilovsky district and on the coast of the Lake Alakol of area of Zhet_su, in Talgarsky district of Almaty region, near Markakol and the Zaysan region of East Kazakhstan region only the foreigners and stateless persons, workers of gambling institution and other persons who are in gambling institution in connection with accomplishment of labor (office) obligations are allowed.";
