in the Charter of internal service of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
the second Item 12 to state part in the following edition:
"The serviceman passing military service under the contract within thirty calendar days from the date of revenues to military service shall deliver for passing of military service in trust management the property belonging to it on the property right or other corporeal right which use attracts receipt of the income, except for of money, bonds, shares of open and interval mutual investment funds, shares of the commercial organizations (common shares in the amount which is not exceeding five percent from total quantity of voting shares of the organizations), the digital assets which are legally belonging to it, and also the property transferred to property employment (lease) and to submit within the specified term in personnel service notarially attested copy of the property trust management agreement. The serviceman passing military service under the contract having the right to hand over the dwelling in property employment (lease) belonging to it on the property right and to gain income from such delivery, and also to gain income from the property delivered in trust management and from other legal sources.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
