About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 7 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with the Item "ke" of the following content:

Article 2. In article 8 of the law of the word "subject of the collection of the state fee established by the paragraph of "cd" shall be replaced with words "the subjects of collection of the state fee established by the Items "cd" and "ke".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 20.5 of the following content:

1. The state fee for the individual and public notifications established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public and individual notification on the Internet" is levied at the following rates:

for each printing symbol-0.05 of dramas, but at least 50 dramas and no more than 250 dramas |

b) in case of the electronic document |
for each kilobyte-0.5 of dramas, but at least 100 dramas and no more than 500 dramas |

2) For the public notification |
for each printed character - 10 dram, but at least 2000 dram and no more than 100 000 dram, and for the publication of the report provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public organizations" - no more than 5000 dram. |
