For the purpose of ensuring steady and smooth functioning of strategically important industries of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:

- to state the subitem 19 of Item 57 in the following edition:
"19) acquisitions of fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products for needs of the companies performing activities in the road-building sphere at the supplier determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, except as specified acquisitions of fuels and lubricants at gas stations;".
2. To provide to the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic execution of earlier undertaken obligations on delivery of fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products.
