Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public civil service and municipal service" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 2, 2021 No. 113-114) the following change:
to add part 3 of Article 10 with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:
"7) the officials and employees who worked in bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union more than two years based on the application in person submitted within six months from the date of dismissal;
8) persons replacing political state and municipal positions in the relevant state body or local government body, except for deputies of local keneshes based on the application in person submitted within six months from the date of dismissal.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
