1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497 "About measures for implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 17 and of July 1, 2019 No. 46 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
23) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"23) implementation of information transfer within the investigations preceding application of trade measures concerning commodity import from the third party, the third party concerning the goods coming from the Republic of Kazakhstan received from state bodies and the organizations including confidential, to competent authorities of the third party through the authorized state body performing foreign policy activities, except as specified its transfers by loading to the corresponding digital system determined by the legislation of the third party;";
state subitem 35-5) in the following edition:
"35-5) approval of rules of registration in digital system;";
54) and 55) to state subitems in the following edition:
"54) development and approval of rules of compensation of part of costs of subjects of industrial and innovative activities for promotion of goods and services of the Kazakhstan origin of processing industry, and also digital services on the foreign markets within the assumed international obligations;
