"19. Uslugopoluchatel signs for receipt of the state service and transmits to the service provider through digital object according to the reference www.otbasybank.kz (further - the Website) the statement on subsidizing of part of the rent for the dwelling leased in private housing stock in form according to appendix 4 to these rules with consent to collection and processing of personal data.
In cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, statements on subsidizing of part of the rent for the dwelling leased in private housing stock move legal representatives of uslugopoluchatel and are considered in branches of the service provider.";

"23. Check on compliance to the main requirements imposed to uslugopoluchatel and members of his family is made by the service provider by means of the corresponding state digital systems.";
state Item 26 in the following edition:
"26. The service provider provides entering of data on stage of rendering the state service into digital monitoring system of rendering the state services according to the subitem 11) of Item 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state and socially responsible services".
