1. Suspend till October 30, 2026 Items 3-1, 12, of 13, 20-1, second paragraph of Item 22 of Rules of control of activities of the private legal executives approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 1, 2018 No. 171 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at number No. 16376) (further - Rules).
2. Determine that for suspension till July 12, 2026:
Item 3-1 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
"3.1. Control of activities of private legal executives is carried out by means of the information system "The State Automated Information System of Enforcement Proceeding" (further - information system).";
Items 12 and 13 of Rules are effective in the following edition:
"12. Planned control of private legal executives is carried out by official person(s) of territorial authority of justice.
In necessary cases on planned control is attracted (-yutsyatsya) the employee(s) of authorized body at the request of management of authorized body.
13. Subject of planned control of activities of private legal executives are studying and check of enforcement proceedings by means of information system.";
Item 20-1 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
"20-1. Persons who were carrying out control after receipt of information specified in Item 20 of these rules within five working days verify reliability of elimination of the violations specified in the conclusion by means of information system.";
the second paragraph of Item 22 of Rules are effective in the following edition:
